Smart Buy is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the Retail Sector.
• Proven experience in managing payroll, Social Security, and income tax procedures.
• Strong hands‑on experience with MenaITech HRMS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and HR reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labour Law and relevant regulations.
