Modular Concrete Co. is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jordan. Responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, and following up on support requests, troubleshooting computers, printers, software, email, and network connectivity, documenting issues and solutions, and communicating clearly with team members.
Core Requirements
• 1 year of experience in IT help desk or technical support.
• Practical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (LAN).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: MS-900, CompTIA A+, or Security+ certifications.
