Al Nejmah Sweets is seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to join our team at our factory in Marka, Amman. The role involves conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, accident investigations, emergency preparedness, implementing safety procedures, and training employees.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or any related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Occupational Health & Safety, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Must hold a valid professional accreditation as an Occupational Health & Safety Specialist recognized by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor.
• Good knowledge of Jordanian occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, accident investigations, and emergency preparedness.
• Ability to implement safety procedures, conduct employee training, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
