First Start for Business Solutions is looking for a Project Supervisor & Facility Engineer to oversee facilities management and maintenance operations across assigned sites, prepare maintenance schedules, and coordinate 24/7 team coverage.
Core Requirements
• Jordanian nationals only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical qualification
• Proven hands‑on experience in Facilities Management and maintenance supervision
• Hands‑on experience with Honeywell BMS systems
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and site operations
• Familiarity with CAFM systems is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
