Senior Project Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related IT field. • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in IT Project Management. • Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale IT projects. • Experience in software development, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred. • Professional Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master Certification are preferred. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent project planning and scheduling capabilities. • Risk management and problem-solving expertise. • Budgeting and financial management skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
