Core Requirements
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in system administration or IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration
• Practical experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and backups
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and IT security practices
• Good problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
• Ability to work collaboratively and support business‑critical services
